Everything we do falls under six headings. Some clients want all of them, from the first drawing through to autumn leaf removal. Whichever you are asking about, it starts the same way, with a site visit.

Design comes first, then the planting and the hard surfaces that give the garden its shape.
Regular and seasonal work that holds a garden to the plan it was built from.

We come to the property, walk it with you and look at what is there now. This comes first on every job, whatever its size.
You receive a plan and a written scope that sets out what will be done. Nothing starts until you have it.
The work is scheduled in phases rather than all at once, so each stage is finished properly before the next begins.
The same crew lead stays with your job from the first phase to the last. You are not explaining your garden again to someone new each time.
That is common, and it is what the site visit is for. Describe the garden as it is and what bothers you about it, and we will work out the rest together on the ground.
